HACKURITY 2026
REVA CYBERSECURITY CLUB // SCHOOL OF CSE
Hackurity 2026 is a 48-hour cybersecurity hackathon for curious builders, problem-solvers and future defenders. Pick a track, form a team, and turn a security challenge into something useful, resilient and real.
Across workshops, mentor channels and the final defence, participants will investigate modern attack surfaces, learn from one another and present ideas that make the digital world safer. New to cybersecurity? You belong here too.
// HACKATHON DOMAINS // RULES
There are eight themes to choose from, and each one comes with two problem statements released at the start. Pick the theme that fits your team before the build window opens.
- ◆ AI SecurityTRK-01Keep AI systems safe — stop people from tricking a model, stealing it, or feeding it bad data.
- ◆ Cloud SecurityTRK-02Find and fix the settings that accidentally leave cloud storage, accounts, or containers wide open.
- ◆ CryptographyTRK-03Work with the maths that hides data: break weak encryption and build stronger, future-proof versions.
- ◆ Reverse EngineeringTRK-04Take apart an app or device to understand what its code really does, including anything hidden.
- ◆ Digital ForensicsTRK-05Investigate an attack after it happened — use files, memory and logs to piece together who did what.
- ◆ Network DefenseTRK-06Watch network traffic, spot an attacker moving through it, and shut them out before they spread.
- ◆ Secure SoftwareTRK-07Build apps that hold up when someone deliberately tries to misuse or break into them.
- ◆ Open InnovationTRK-08Have a security idea that doesn't fit the tracks above? Build it here — anything original is welcome.
